General Criteria:

• The Applicant must be a Qatari National
• Applicant must be between 18 and 45 years of age
• The project must classify within the category of micro and small enterprises. See the Unified National Definition

Best Business Plan Category:

• The applicant must be directly responsible for providing and developing a coherent, and economically feasible business plan. ( ! ) The business plan model will be provided after successful registration
• Provide knowledge of business plan preparation. ( ! ) Previous training courses/Business qualification

Startup Category:

• The applicant has direct responsibility for running and managing the business.
• The Business must be valid, and registered in the State of Qatar and shall be in conformity with the laws in force in the State.
• The Business must be at least two years old and not more than 6 years old.
• Provide audited financial and technical report.

Value of Prizes:

Best business plan

• The first winner will receive the golden trophy with a financial reward of QR150,000. Whereas the second winner will receive the silver trophy with a financial reward of QR75,000.

Best startup

• The first winner will receive the golden trophy with a financial reward of QR150,000. Whereas the second winner will receive the silver trophy with a financial reward of QR75,000.
